About me
For years, I worked with systems — codebases, protocols, architectures. As a programmer, you get used to looking beneath the surface: tracing behavior back to its underlying mechanics, figuring out why a system does what it does.
Similar systems and protocols exist inside us. Our minds run on patterns, loops, triggers, and internal logic — most of it below conscious awareness. Habits, beliefs, emotional reactions — they all have structure.
I'm curious about why we get stuck in destructive cycles, how the psyche tries to protect itself but ends up imprisoning itself in the process. And alongside that — the old questions of good and evil: where cruelty comes from, and where the capacity for recovery and empathy arises.
I'm also fascinated by the tools that can work with these states: bodywork, breath practices, meditation, music, rhythm, trance states. I explore psychedelics as a way to peek into deeper layers of the psyche, sometimes brutally, but with a potential for reboot.
